In the event a client chooses to terminate a listing agreement without reason TEXdot Realtors, Inc. will release them from the contract. However, TEXdot Realtors asks for the following:

· Contact the Dorothy J. Wanko, Broker/Owner and allow TEXdot Realtors, Inc. to assign another agent to the listing.
· and finally, the 30 day protection period will apply, as long as the agent provides names of potential Buyers. (This only applies if you do not relist with another Broker.)
