Hello, I moved to Houston, Texas nine years ago from Kenner, Louisiana. My husband and I were born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. My family reside in Spring, Texas. I became a Realtor so I can open homes for people with disabilities and Alzheimer’s. It was a natural transition to open Wanko Property Management, Inc. Owner/Broker. This company assists my clients by allowing me to manage commercial or residential properties prior/during/after sale or lease.
Community Service
Support in my community is very important to me, my service work includes: Habitat for Humanity, Girl Scouts of San Jacinto—Rainbow Springs Service Unit, Klein ISD Volunteer, Wimbledon Estates & Racquet Club ACC Chair and Caring Partners.
Business
Building my business ONE family at a time. Utilizing ethics, integrity, communication, professionalism, and honesty. Building a business by referrals is the greatest compliment any business owner can receive. I hold membership with Houston Association of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Real Estate Buyers Accredited Credentials. I have attained Prudential Junior Achievement award, March, 2007. Earned my broker license in September, 2009.
Continuing Education
Enrolling in an entrepreneur class at the University of Houston in the fall of 2010. Earned my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) in February, 2008. Working on understanding and communicating through Spanish. Started taking commercial real estate classes April, 2008. Received my ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representation) and NHS (New Home Sales), April, 2009.
