Why do we conduct open houses? Open houses provide a nice atmosphere for consumers. Giving them time to ask questions regarding the area, schools and subdivision. Open houses increase foot traffic which enables me to capture valuable feedback for the seller. Or a possible buyer! Flyers are also given out to potential buyers, maybe they will end up in the hands of a true buyer.
